Brush hog mowing (also referred to as bush hog) is a rotary mower that usually attaches to your tractor. They're meant for mowing down thick brush and vegetation over large areas. Most are designed with a blade that is heavier but duller than a lawnmower blade. This is more a rough cut but say goodbye to saplings, brush, and tall grass. Most people are surprised to see after 2 passes on a property how clean it can turn out. Like any mower, the more you mow the cleaner the result. Brush hog service is extremely hard to find for a small to medium sized property. We offer a 5 foot and a 6 foot wide brush hog mowing width. The 6 foot is paired to a closed cab 50hp John Deere and the 5 foot is paired with a open cab 30hp John Deere for tighter spaces and wooded areas.

We offer upfront pricing. A general rate is $95 per acre for the first cut. Just like most jobs Time is money so, if the mowing area is Rocky or has more than an average amount of trees or obstacles the price will be a little higher. Most times in these situations we can do an hourly rate of $85 per hour. After the 1st cut we can usually come up with a cheaper rate for maintenance mowing.

It's that simple!!!
